1Q28I POWER CANNOT RUN AS A SUBTASK
Cause: During initiation POWER detects that it is attached as a subtask to a main task.
POWER must have a partition to itself.
System Action: The POWER program will terminate and restore the system for operation
without POWER.
Programmer Action: Change the environment of POWER so that it runs as a main task in
one of the five partitions.
Operator Action: none.
