Definition of 1Q33I

1Q33I INCORRECT DISK FILE ASSIGNMENT
Cause: All the POWER disk files must be on like devices, for example all on 2314 or all on
3330. No intermix of different types is permitted. During initialisation either an intermix of disk
devices or a device not supported by POWER, or without disks was detected.
If POWER was generated to permit more than one data disk, the assignments of SYS003,
SYS00n are checked regardless whether or not the user provided more than one extent card.
n = 1 + number of data disks specified during POWER generation.
System Action: The POWER program will terminate and restore the system for operation
without POWER.
Programmer Action: none.
Operator Action: Check the DOS/VS job control statements or commands defining the
POWER disk files for improper assignments, or
mount the same disk type on the devices, or
unassign the devices of different types.
