where XX = partition-independent routine
R = indicates that this is a reader routine
Cause: This message occurs when a reader routine or execution processor routine has
requested a track group and none is available. The routine is placed in the wait state until the
operator reactivates the routine with the appropriate option of the G command, for example, G
BG or G BGRDR,00C.
Programmer Action: none.
Operator Action: A track group should be made available before the routine is reactivated
with the G command. The operator has two options to make a track group available:
1. Wait until track groups used by a job entry are freed by an active writer routine; then
activate the waiting routine.
2. Start a print or punch writer routine to process job entries in the selected output queue;
then apply option 1.
