ffff = forms ID
xx = BG/F1/F2/F3/F4/XX
where XX = partition-independent routine
y = T (for tape print writer routine) or P (for tape punch writer routine)
Cause: A change in print or punch forms is encountered by a tape print or punch writer
routine. It also appears for a punch writer routine started with a pause code of 1 or 2.
System Action: The routine waits for the operator to reactivate it by means of the G
command.
Programmer Action: none.
Operator Action: Change the printer or punch forms as indicated. When the device has been
readied, reactivate the routine, using the reader writer option of the G command.
