2160I SVA OPERAND IGNORED - PHASE NOT RELOCATABLE
content of statement in error
Cause: SVA operand was specified in the phase card and the phase was not relocatable.
System Action: This message is printed on SYSLST only. The SVA operand in the phase
card is ignored and the linkage editor step continues as if the SVA operand was not specified.
Programmer Action: If the program should be loaded into the SVA make sure that the
linkage editor produces a relocatable phase. Possible causes for the non—relocatability of the
produced phase are:
1. ACTION NOREL was specified or defaulted. If this is the case remove the ACTION
NOREL statement or insert an ACTION REL statement.
2. An absolute phase origin was specified in the phase card. If this is the case, use a
symbolic origin (must not be defined in a non-relocatable phase).
3. An entry symbol or a CSECT name of a non-relocatable phase was used as symbolic origin
in the phase card.
If the problem recurs, have the job stream and link edit map available for problem determina-
tion.
Operator Action: none.
