Cause: Extent exceeded on system output file.
System Action: The job is canceled.
Programmer Action: Check that the EXTENT statements or standard (permanent) labels are
correct and that the extents are large enough to contain the entire file. Make the necessary
corrections and resubmit the job.
If the problem recurs, have the following available for problem determination:
· system log
· printer output
· LVTOC output
· LSERV output
available for problem determination.
Operator Action: If standard (permanent) labels were used, execute LSERV and LVTOC and
return the output to your programmer.
